Neuralis is an Australian engineering company that designs and builds AI, long-range field communications, drone autonomy, agritech, fintech data and IoT systems. It was founded by Kunal Miind, works from Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast and from Sydney, and is a part of Amala Innovation Group.

How we work

Four habits we keep on every project.

    Start from the decision

    We ask what someone will do differently once they have the data or the model, then design back from that. It keeps scope honest.

  2. 02

    Measure in the field

    Range, battery life, model accuracy and data quality are measured on site, in your conditions, before anything is scaled.

  3. 03

    Write down the trade-off

    Every design gives something up: range for battery, accuracy for size, cost for coverage. We record what was chosen and why.

  4. 04

    Build to hand over

    Open protocols, standard parts and clear documentation, so your team can run and extend the system.

Founder

Kunal Miind

Kunal Miind founded Neuralis. He is a pioneering AI model creator and engineer, and he set out his approach to building AI and machine-learning systems in AI System Blueprints (2022).

  • Founded Vedametric and MIIND.BOT and leads their AI engineering. Vedametric, a government supplier, builds distilled AI models, robots, embedded hardware and secure software across Sydney, the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
  • Consults to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and financial institutions on AI, including financial modelling and conversational analysis.
  • Has built fraud detection and machine learning models for clients including Philip Morris, Queensland Health and Australian Government agencies.
  • Has published research in AI and machine learning (Google Scholar).
Where we are

Sanctuary Cove and Sydney

Neuralis works from Sanctuary Cove, on the northern Gold Coast in Queensland, and from Sydney, New South Wales. We work with clients across Australia and travel to site when a project needs it. The best first step is an email to info@neuralis.co or a note through the contact form.
